The SURTEC NTWP20CI is a high pressure water pump built around a cast-iron centrifugal pump system — engineered for jobs that demand sustained high-pressure output from a gasoline unit. With lift reaching up to 80 meters and flows up to 30 m³/h, it is built as a commercial water pump where reach — not just volume — decides whether the water gets where it needs to go.

The hydraulic end is all cast iron, machined for performance. A 175mm cast-iron impeller drives powerful discharge, while the precisely machined, flow-optimized pump body keeps lift height, suction capability and flow consistent hour after hour. Suction lift reaches 6 meters, self-priming design speeds set-up at the water source, and 2-inch (50mm) inlet and outlet ports connect directly to standard hose and pipe. Cast-iron construction shrugs off wear from continuous duty and holds its shape under heat, keeping performance steady across long pumping cycles. That combination suits fire-support lines, emergency flood control, uphill irrigation and tall-tank supply — duties where pressure collapse is not an option.

Power comes from the proven SURTEC 170F gasoline engine: a single-cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke OHV unit of 212cc, with maximum output of 7.0hp and 13.5N·m of torque. A 70x55mm bore and stroke and an 8.5:1 compression ratio underpin its easy starting and smooth running. Drop-forged 42CrMo steel crankshaft and camshaft give the long-service strength ordinary units lack, and SURTEC's patented cylinder structure raises thermal efficiency while cutting fuel consumption — holding at or below 395 g/kW·h. A strengthened engine casing resists shock and vibration through long working hours, and every unit endures prolonged high-intensity testing for stable operation from -5°C to 45°C.

A dedicated full-frame structure integrates damping elements that significantly minimize vibration, improving handling and protecting components over the machine's service life.
