The SURTEC NTDGR6700EW is a diesel welding generator that does two jobs with one engine: it lays down a stable weld, then keeps the site's tools and lighting running — no second machine, no second fuel budget. Welding output covers a 50-180A rated current at 25-30V with a 65-70V no-load voltage, supporting commonly used electrodes from 2.4 to 4.0mm at a 60% duty cycle, while the auxiliary side delivers 4.5/5.0kW single-phase power at 50/60Hz. For field maintenance, metal repairs and outdoor fabrication, that dual purpose is the whole point of the machine.

The NTDE186FAE diesel engine — single cylinder, vertical, four-stroke, direct injection, air-cooled, displacing 418cc with an 86x72mm bore and stroke — produces 5.7kW at 3000rpm or 6.5kW at 3600rpm. Forged-steel components and a BOSCH-technology injection system keep operation smooth and fuel consumption economical at 280 g/kW·h, and the 15L fuel tank supports up to 6 hours of continuous running. Starting is flexible: manual pull or electric start from a 12V 30Ah battery, so cold mornings and tired batteries never strand a job.
