The SURTEC NTDGR6700T is a silent diesel generator for the places where power cannot come with noise: small commercial shops, mobile service operations, residential neighborhoods and regulated workplaces. Rated at 4.5/4.8kW at 50/60Hz with a 5.0/5.2kW maximum at 3000/3600rpm, single-phase 220V (or as requested) at unity power factor, it delivers working-class output while its enclosure holds noise to 72 dB(A) measured at 7 meters — quiet enough to run beside a storefront, inside a housing estate or at a night job without complaints.

The NTDE186FA engine — a single-cylinder, vertical, four-stroke, direct-injection, air-cooled diesel of 418cc with an 86x72mm bore and stroke — produces 5.7kW at 3000rpm or 6.3kW at 3600rpm, giving the alternator room to hold output steady through long shifts. A 42CrMo forged crankshaft and nitrided steel gears deliver excellent wear resistance through frequent load cycles, and the BOSCH-based direct-injection combustion system keeps fuel consumption economical at or below 280 g/kW·h. Electric starting is handled by a 12V 0.9kW starter motor fed from a 12V 30Ah battery, with a 12V 8.3A charging generator keeping it ready.

The copper-coil alternator is self-excited with constant-voltage AVR regulation, insulation grade F, 2-pole design — balanced, clean voltage suited to small machinery, tools and sensitive electrical equipment. Two receptacles plus a DC 12V connection-pole output cover the usual spread of loads, and the user-friendly control panel carries a digital meter with built-in safeguards: short-circuit protection and low-oil shutdown. From its 15L fuel tank the unit runs up to 7.5 hours continuously — a full day of service calls on one fill.
